Mount Everest (8,848.86m/29,032ft)** is the world's highest peak, located in Nepal, in the Mahalangur Himalayan range on the border between Nepal and Tibet (Latitude: 27°59ʹ17ʺ, Longitude: 86°55ʹ31ʺ). It was first climbed via the South Face on May 29th, 1953, by Sir Edmund Hillary from New Zealand and Tenzing Norgay Sherpa from Nepal. Since then, many climbers have followed their steps, achieving countless world records in the history of mountaineering. TRAINING REQUIREMENTS FOR 8000ERS:
- At least one 6000m peak climbing is recommended to gain experience in climbing high-altitude mountains. In addition, you will be able to examine your physical limits, assess your technical skills, and evaluate your acclimatization requirement.
